Throughout the year we have raised £580 for the school.  Anyone can come along and improve their fitness.  £3 a session,during term time only and all money goes back into the school.  Contact Karen Turnbull for more information: 02392413445

 

The 2009 Talent Show was a great success!

Thank you to all of the children who took part and the parents who attended.
We have hosted a selection of pictures at the School Photo Album.The school produces regular newsletters for parents and carers.

Summer Fair

Thank you for all your support, we managed to raise a staggering £2700!  Well done to all involved.

Sports Day

Sports day was a great success, although a little hot!  Thank you to all that helped and for those of you that came and supported your children.

Summer BBQ

This event was a great sucess, complete with a family quiz, disco and lots of friendly chatter.

Whole school newsletters provide general news about the school and information about specific events which involve the whole school e.g. Harvest Festival services.

Year Group newsletters are specific to a particular class and are produced by the class teacher. They may provide information about what the children are learning, school trips, one-off activities etc. 

Year 5/6 Football Team

Children from Years Five and Six  represented St John's at the Portsmouth Grammar School Football and Netball Tournament 2009..... our football team WON and netball team were runners up!!! Well done to all involved.
